Our Children's Choir

The Children's Choir is one ministry of many that focuses attention on helping our youngest disciples grow into men and women of Christ.  Too often this happens in some Sunday School room tucked away from the main worship services of a church, but not @ FUMC.  We want our children to know they are important contributors to the worship life of our congregation; and the choir is one venue for this teaching.  The Children's Choir is led by Carolyn Krantz, an accomplished musician, vocalist, and teacher who has led children in song for many years.  The choir is open to all children 3 years old through elementary school; and they usually sing 2 times a quarter in the Classical Worship Service.  Rehearsals are Sundays after worship and are a place of safety, learning about worship, learning to sing and learning about whom they are singing.
